If your recipient has contacted you because they haven't received the transfer you sent, there are a few things to check:
Check that you used the correct email address.
It's worth double checking that the email address used is correct and that it's not changed it since you first added them as a recipient. If it's not right, get in touch so that we can help you.
Ask your recipient to look for a payment from Ria.
Sometimes people look for your name on their bank statement.
Your transfer will be delivered by Ria Money Transfer, HiFX or Dandelion Payments. All of these companies are owned by Ria's parent company, Euronet.
Is your recipient is looking for a specific amount?
We always send the exact amount you confirm when you make your transfer.
Although rare, sometimes the recipient's bank, or another bank involved in the process, take a fee that's deducted from the amount your recipient receives. Unfortunately, they don't tell us when they do this, so we can't tell you in advance.
